 Planning, constructing, and furnishing a new public safety building was an enormous project. Our city did not have the staff, time, or expertise to manage it. When we took on the task of building a new corporate headquarters, I thought that I would handle the day-to-day while still performing my normal duties. It became apparent that it was going to be too much for me, and a colleague recommended Angie Pfannkuch. At first, I thought that it would just take some of the burden off of me, but I quickly came to find out that the project would run smoother and under budget, and that we would collaborate on additional enhancements for the building.
