Planning, constructing, and furnishing a new public safety building was an enormous project. Our city did not have the staff, time, or expertise to manage it. We engaged Angie Pfannkuch early into the process as our owner’s rep. Her expertise, coordination, and responsiveness were impressive. I cannot imagine trying to navigate a construction project without someone of her caliber!

When we took on the task of building a new corporate headquarters, I thought that I would handle the day-to-day while still performing my normal duties. It became apparent that it was going to be too much for me, and a colleague recommended Angie Pfannkuch. At first, I thought that it would just take some of the burden off of me, but I quickly came to find out that the project would run smoother and under budget, and that we would collaborate on additional enhancements for the building. Angie became a trusted advocate for me and worked diligently on the project for two years, even after we had moved in. I was a bit apprehensive to hire anyone, but in hindsight, I don’t even know how we would have done it without her. I am so glad that we made the decision to move forward with Angie as a partner. It was worth every penny.
