This unique project had a very tight schedule and required a lot of life safety upgrades. Sidekick chose the architect, general contractor, and subcontractors on this project. It was important that JR’s Southpork Ranch be ready for the first day of the 2021 Iowa State Fair, and it quickly became a new gem at the Fairgrounds.
