The project includes a fire and police station, as well as an administrative areas, living areas, training room and meeting rooms. Sidekick’s first priority was to select an architect through an RFP process. The team then did a full design of the building as they waited to see if a new delivery method passed the house. When it did not, Sidekick prepared an RFP for a CMA and evaluated and interviewed the winning CMA. Sidekick also reviewed the bid packages and was part of the bidding/ award process.
