CIVCO Medical Solutions consolidated their Iowa operations into a single new facility in Coralville, Iowa. Sidekick Development was the owner’s representative for CIVCO, working alongside Southgate as the owner and developer of the building. The new facility contains a warehouse, lab and two-story office space that includes closed and open offices, conference room, fitness room, training room, and indoor and outdoor break spaces. The design of the pre-cast panel building allows for future expansion.
