Sidekick acted as owner’s representative for the City of Altoona in the design and construction of the City Hall and Police Station. Part of the firm’s role was selection of the architect, design build team, general contractor, furniture vendor, specialty equipment provider and maintenance contract provider. This $36 million project includes a 91,000-square-foot City Hall and Police Department along with a 50-yard, 12-lane firing range.
